Terms of Use.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Site

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and code — is the property of The Web Junction Co. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

The terms governing specific client engagements — including ownership of deliverables, timelines, payment, revisions, and confidentiality — are set out in the individual Statement of Work or Service Agreement signed between the parties. Those agreements take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict.

Until payment is received in full, all work product remains the property of The Web Junction Co. Upon receipt of final payment, ownership transfers to the client as specified in the applicable agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower). We reserve the right to suspend work on any project where payment is more than 30 days overdue.

All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee specific results from our services (e.g., search rankings, conversion rates). Performance outcomes depend on many factors outside our control and are indicative only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Web Junction Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Site or our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the public.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
